The pre-bankruptcy agreement for SLADORANA from Zagreb has been confirmed. Namely, the appeal of the largest creditor ERSTE & STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANKA against the restructuring plan has been rejected, under which creditors agree to write off 88 percent of claims. Thus, SLADORANA will repay only 45.5 million kuna of its total debt of 388 million, and that after eight years. On the other hand, ERSTE BANK will collect only 6.3 million kuna from 57.6 million in claims. Otherwise, this procedure was opened at the end of 2020, simultaneously with the pre-bankruptcy for the owner’s company, VIRO, in which the largest co-owner is Željko Zadro. This procedure, ‘worth’ 341 million kuna, is still ongoing.
