EY Croatia has introduced new partners who have been in their new roles since July 1 of this year. Maja Šuber and Helga Bubanović Devčić are new partners in the Business Consulting Department, while Tomislav Čutura from Strategic and Transaction Services, Filip Hitrec from the Audit Department, and Marta Glasnović from the Tax Consulting Department are also partners, according to the company’s statement.
Maja Šuber joined EY in 2019 and leads the financial consulting and risk management team. Throughout her 20-year career, Šuber has specialized in commercial banking, credit risks, bank portfolio analysis, as well as risk management and corporate governance.
Helga Bubanović Devčić also takes on the position of partner in the same Department. Bubanović Devčić has 20 years of experience in the area of EU funds, managing complex projects, providing advisory support and services to a wide range of clients in the public sector, and joined EY in 2016.
In the Audit Department, Filip Hitrec holds the position of partner. Hitrec has been with EY since 2006, is a certified auditor with the Croatian Chamber of Auditors, and a member of the Association of Certified and Chartered Auditors, possessing extensive knowledge and experience in auditing as well as other advisory services with clients from various industries.
Tomislav Čutura, now a partner in Strategic and Transaction Services, has extensive experience in supporting clients in mergers and acquisitions and specializes in due diligence. He has led numerous due diligence projects on both the buyer’s and seller’s side, quality asset review projects, carve-out projects, as well as independent business reviews.
