Companies and Careers: Studenac Establishes Dream Team at Lonia Store, Management Change at Super Sport…

After STUDENAC, owned by the Polish fund ENTERPRISE INVESTORS, took ownership of LONIA TRGOVINA from Frane Jarama, a four-member management board was formed, which at first glance has all the characteristics of a dream team for the job ahead. Dragan Baškarad was appointed as the President of the Management Board, who is also a member of the Management Board of Studenac responsible for the development of innovative, proximity-format stores. Marek Piotr Bodynek was brought in from Poland, who has already performed a similar job in the retail chain Arhelan. In the Management Board of Lonia, Dragan Munjiza, the manager who prepared the company for sale, remains, while the fourth member is Andrija Topić, who joined Studenac last year from the Management of Tokić. The former director Krste Tomislav Jaram is no longer in the Management Board. Additionally, the head of STUDENAC Michał Wojciech Seńczuk is the new president of the Supervisory Board instead of Frane Jarama, Michał Andrzej Halwa is the new vice president instead of Branko Parać, and Filip Bilanović is a new member. Matea Jaram and Alen Jaram are no longer members of the Board.

The former member of the Supervisory Board of SUPER SPORT Pavel Horák took over the director position in the company from Davida Havlína, who moved to the Supervisory Board. Horák recently took over the director position from Havlín in the Zagreb company EMMA GAMMA ADRIATIC, which is a co-owner of SUPER SPORT.

Lovorka Penavić is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of RAIFFEISENBANK AUSTRIA.

Ivani Pejaković was granted procuration in the Karlovac KELTEKS, replacing Damira Tomičića, who had been a procurator since 2021, and prior to that, a member of the Management Board and director of the company since 2006.

Marco Villa became the new vice president of the Supervisory Board of the Zagreb company SCOTT BADER instead of Matthewa Iana Collinsa.

The former director of Zagreb’s ENERGIJA GRADEC Krešimir Milorad was renamed as the president of the Management Board of the company, where he was joined by Tatjana Čuso as a new member.

Davorin Capan was appointed president of the Management Board of Zagreb’s SV GROUP, while the former directors of the company Vanja Vlak and Ivana Hatvalić were appointed as members of the Management Board, and Gabrijela Gega Balun is no longer the director of the company.

The Czech company NFS S.R.O. became the sole shareholder of the Split ADRIACINKA.

Tomislav Nikolac left the co-ownership and Management of the family company PETER PAN from Matulji, which manages the Draga Di Lovrana hotel.

Saša Cerovečki was appointed the new director of VINDIJA’s Varaždin PEKARNICE LATICE instead of Krunoslava Ladića.
