After STUDENAC, owned by the Polish fund ENTERPRISE INVESTORS, took ownership of LONIA TRGOVINA from Frane Jarama, a four-member management board was formed, which at first glance has all the characteristics of a dream team for the job ahead. Dragan Baškarad was appointed as the President of the Management Board, who is also a member of the Management Board of Studenac responsible for the development of innovative, proximity-format stores. Marek Piotr Bodynek was brought in from Poland, who has already performed a similar job in the retail chain Arhelan. In the Management Board of Lonia, Dragan Munjiza, the manager who prepared the company for sale, remains, while the fourth member is Andrija Topić, who joined Studenac last year from the Management of Tokić. The former director Krste Tomislav Jaram is no longer in the Management Board. Additionally, the head of STUDENAC Michał Wojciech Seńczuk is the new president of the Supervisory Board instead of Frane Jarama, Michał Andrzej Halwa is the new vice president instead of Branko Parać, and Filip Bilanović is a new member. Matea Jaram and Alen Jaram are no longer members of the Board.
The former member of the Supervisory Board of SUPER SPORT Pavel Horák took over the director position in the company from Davida Havlína, who moved to the Supervisory Board. Horák recently took over the director position from Havlín in the Zagreb company EMMA GAMMA ADRIATIC, which is a co-owner of SUPER SPORT.
