The long-standing collaboration between Combis and Algebra has resulted in yet another valuable project – the Damir Baronica scholarship, through which Combis supports students of Algebra University and provides them with the opportunity to gain valuable experiences through education and mentorship, while also providing financial support.
– We are immensely happy when we get the opportunity to work with students; the experience of working with young people is rewarding in many ways, and we see that students also recognize the advantages of this form of mutual cooperation – stated Goran Car, CEO of Combis.
According to the experiences of Algebra, the mentorship of more experienced colleagues is of invaluable value for every student and is one of the prerequisites for taking exams based on practical knowledge.
– We know that theory has little value without practice. That is why our goal is to attract employers to help introduce our students into the business world. When students experience real challenges and get to know how to work on real projects, they open up to a completely different world, and they are able to see the strength and power of technology from multiple angles. Therefore, we are extremely pleased that Combis has recognized this way of supporting students – said Hrvoje Balen, founder and co-owner of Algebra.
