Companies and Careers: Two Companies Left Co-Ownership in Marinada, Former Director’s Power of Attorney Revoked in Varteks…

SATO, owned by Ratko Habus, and SEE CAPITAL PARTNERS, owned by Ivan Valentić and Bruno Georgiev, have left the co-ownership in the Slatina MARINADA. The company, which is engaged in the processing and canning of fruits and vegetables, now has a total of 11 co-owners.

Miljenko Vidaček‘s power of attorney has been revoked in the Varaždin VARTEKS. He was at the helm of the company from 2001 to 2005 and was a member of the Management Board until 2018.

Marina Škiljan has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of ADRIA GRUPA, replacing Gordana Kolar.

After a pre-bankruptcy procedure was recently opened against BRODOSPLIT, a company owned by the indebted DIV GRUPA of Tomislav Debeljak, previous procedures to determine the grounds for opening bankruptcy are being conducted against four companies in its ownership: OPREMANJEM BRODOVA, ZAŠTITOM TRUPA OD KOROZIJE, OBLAGANJEM, and BOJA-TRUP. These procedures follow the recent opening of a pre-bankruptcy procedure against the parent DIV group, which has a debt of 41.69 million kuna, and BRODOSPLIT. 

Mateja Jozić has become the new deputy chair of the Supervisory Board of ČAZMATRANS PROMETA.

Danijela Baotić has been appointed the new director of AUTOKUĆA BAOTIĆ.

Mario Zubak is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of Zagreb’s TECHNICAL SERVICES OF RAILWAY VEHICLES. He was on the Board since 2020 and is currently a member of the Management Board of HŽ PUTNIČKI PRIJEVOZ.

The Zagreb company HOTEL MIRAMAR has changed its name to HOTEL KVARNER PALACE.

Josip Ćapin has become a new member of the Management Board of SOLANA PAG from Pag, replacing Zlatan Koritnik.

The company LIGNUM VRBOVSKO, owned by Slovenians and engaged in the production of wooden packaging, has changed its name to LIGNUM-LOGISTIK.

Asim Dizdarević has left the co-ownership of GORAN GRADITELJSTVA, a company he was part of since 2010.

Ivan Hrešć has been appointed the new director of MODERATOR, replacing Davor Zec. The company from Udbina is engaged in the production of products made from wood, cork, straw, and weaving materials.

Doroteja Kadoić has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the agricultural cooperative VELIKA PISANICA, replacing Katica Zvonar.

The Swiss company TRE SEI ZERO DESIGN & CONSULTING SA has taken over the ownership share of Jerneja Čopi in Zagreb’s SPORTKART.

Mladen Vujnović and Petra Hrabar have taken ownership and director positions in the Zagreb company RETURN TO BUSINESS, which is engaged in the collection and payment of invoices and credit offices, from Arina Pellarini Vujnović and Smilje Briški. Ksenija Stanić has been granted power of attorney.

Domagoju Galiću, in the ownership structure of EUROLEX ZAŠTITE, which is registered for firefighting services, has been joined by Josip Vidović, and Iva Sudar has become a new member of the Management Board, replacing Zdravko Varzić.

Hrvoju Bosancu has been granted power of attorney in the Vukovar VODOTORNJ.
