The prestigious certificate for excellence in human resource management, Employer Partner, awarded by the independent consulting organization SELECTIO, gathered current certificate holders in Zagreb yesterday to announce novelties for the regional HR community. For the first time, certificates were awarded to Employer Partners who successfully passed certification according to the new methodology, including: A1 Hrvatska, Addiko Hrvatska, Atlantic Grupa, CEMEX Hrvatska, Coca-Cola HBC, Erste&Steiermärkische Bank, INA Grupa, JT International Zagreb, Lidl Hrvatska, Philip Morris Zagreb, Pliva Hrvatska, TDR, Tifon, Valoviti papir Dunapack, and Zagrebačka pivovara. The Employer Partner certificate was launched in 2005, with around 100 organizations participating annually, and today it represents a path shaped according to the best global HR practices.
In response to the changes that have occurred in the last two years, Employer Partner has transformed the certification process for employers, which includes a new perspective on HR evaluation through employee lifecycle – a view from the employee’s perspective, and the first smart digital questionnaire that combines humanization and digitalization. On one hand, the questionnaire allows for easy data entry and a better HR benchmark, while on the other hand, it gives the certification team additional space to examine the actual state of organizations. In this way, the HR system is viewed as a whole in which various practices are intertwined. For this reason, it will not be possible to meet the criteria for achieving the certificate if there is no good connection of all practices within the organization.
The goal of the Employer Partner certificate is to equally support employers who meet high standards of HR quality, regardless of the size of the organization, popularity, or location, and employees who seek a healthy and stimulating environment. Therefore, the new platform for HR assessment successfully encompasses tradition, digitalization, and the international segment, supporting the development of the entire human resource management system that places the employee experience at its center, from attraction (candidate experience) to the experience of working within the organization (employee experience).
