Slaven Kartelo will become the new partner at PwC Croatia on the first day of July, and in his new role, he will be responsible for consulting on capital market projects and broader audit and accounting advisory services with a focus on Croatia and Southeast European countries, as stated in the announcement.
Slaven has over 20 years of professional experience and has spent most of his career performing audit tasks. During this period, he had the opportunity and honor to work with the largest companies in Croatia, large groups in the local and international markets, and to perform complex audit tasks aimed at building trust in society and addressing important issues.
In recent years, alongside audit tasks, he has been the head of capital markets and accounting advisory services as well as the educational segment of PwC’s Academy. Due to his passion for sharing his knowledge and experience with others, he has been a long-time lecturer at numerous lectures organized by various professional bodies. He is also an active member of the auditing community in Croatia through his role as a council member of the Croatian Chamber of Auditors.
Throughout his career, Slaven has continuously demonstrated strong business and leadership skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm, as well as strong technical abilities essential for achieving set business goals.
