Companies and Careers: Brodosplit in Pre-bankruptcy, Glavić Restructures AWT International…

At the proposal of BRODOSPLIT, a pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for the Split company. The company is owned by DIV BRODOGRADNJE, part of the DIV GROUP owned by Tomislav Debeljak, and this procedure was opened shortly after the pre-bankruptcy of DIV GROUP due to unpaid obligations amounting to 41.69 million kuna. Mateo Puljić has been appointed as the commissioner in the procedure, and a hearing for the examination of claims is scheduled for September 7, 2022.

Davor Mitrović has been appointed as the new member of the Management Board of GRANOLIJA from Zagreb, replacing Drago Šurina.

The company AWT INTERNATIONAL has merged with LINTEL KOMUNIKACIJE, owned by Miha Glavić – one of the four co-owners and the CEO of AWT INTERNATIONAL, as well as the president of the Croatian Ski Association.

The former member of the Supervisory Board of FINA GOTOVINSKIH SERVISA Branko Malenica has become the new deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Vinka Ilak, and Darija Kapelina has joined as a new member. Similar changes have occurred in the subsidiary company FINA GS USLUGE. Malenica has become the chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Dražen Čović (who is the CEO of FINA), Karlo Seleši is the new member and deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Vinka Ilak, and Tomislav Čizmarević has joined the Supervisory Board in her place.

Darijo Kovač has become the new member of the Management Board of MODEPACKA, replacing Ivana Simić.

Rafał Julian Polański has entered the ownership structure of UREDA ZA PODRŠKU from Buzin. The company now has a total of 66 co-owners.

The company BEVERAGES SERVIS from Zaprešić has transferred part of its assets to the already existing company BEVERAGES STORE through a separation process with acquisition.

Zagreb’s NORMARK ADRIATIK has changed its name to RAPALA VMC ADRIATIC. This is a consequence of the name change of the parent company in Hungary from NORMARK HUNGARY to RAPALA VMC HUNGARY.

The company PAYTEN, owned by the same Polish owner, has acquired ownership of the company INTEGRIRANI POSLOVNI SUSTAVI from Mokrica from Hrvoje Habjanac and Ljudevit Habjanac.
