Alen Kajmović has left his position as CEO of Vajda and has today taken over as Executive Director of the construction company Međimurje PMP. He spent five years at the helm of Vajda, and the reason for his transition from the food sector to the construction sector is explained by a call from the director of Međimurje PMP Božidar Žvorc.
– I am very much looking forward to new challenges. Director Žvorc recognized my working style, and his plans, direction, and vision have greatly interested me. I am leaving Vajda after five years during which, with my team, the support of the leadership of the Pivac Group, and the efforts of all employees, I managed to position that company as the most successful in Međimurje. I am proud of everything we have achieved in terms of outstanding business results, significant salary increases, and impressive growth in the number of scholarship holders for future butchers – says Kajmović.
In his place, the new CEO will be the current board member Vilim Simon, which, according to Kajmović, ensures business continuity and the continuation of a clear development strategy for Vajda.
– Vilim came to Vajda as a commercialist, then he was a board member responsible for production before taking over the cooperation system and managing it impeccably. He has shown results in every segment, and I truly believe he will continue at the same pace, if not raise the bar even higher – says Kajmović.
