Former member of the Management Board of A1 CROATIA Jiří Dvorjančanský has been appointed director, while Goran Manestar has left the Management Board after three years.

A bankruptcy procedure has been opened against the Slatina company INVEST AGRO owned by Marko Šutal due to debts of 23.7 million kuna. Goran Brozović has been appointed as the bankruptcy administrator, and the hearing to examine the filed claims is scheduled for August 8.

The company PARSEC, registered as a promotion agency, has fully acquired ownership of the Zagreb-based Q EXPERIENCE, which is engaged in organizing the operations of call centers, from the previous co-owners Domagoj Makar and Tomislav Pleše, who remain in their director positions. PARSEC has taken over the company from Mlakara and Pleša, TASKUS, registered in London.

SPAR CROATIA has merged SPAR REAL ESTATE of the same owner – the Austrian company SPAR ÖSTERREICHISCHE WARENHANDELS-AG – with the Osijek property management company OSIJEK MOBILIA.

Simon Andrej Karlin has become the president of the newly established Supervisory Board of the Split company DELTRON, which is engaged in the installation of water, sewage, and gas systems as well as heating and air conditioning installations; Monika Serbu has become his deputy, and Ivan Drnasin a member of the Supervisory Board.

Krunoslav Jelušić has been appointed the new director of HIDRELA from Novi Čič (Velika Gorica). He has joined Gordana Jelušić, who has been director since 2012, and they now hold the position together. The company is registered for the activities of gravel and sand extraction, clay and kaolin mining.

Slovenian PAKO has taken ownership of the company PAKO ZAGREB from the founders and co-owners of the parent company Grega Šimunović, Marjan Šimunović and Lidija Tomc.

The company MAXAM CROATIA has been merged with MAXAM DETINES.

The former procurator of Zagreb’s SAMSIC Jernej Blatnik has become the director instead of Slaven Sladoljev, and the procuration in the company engaged in building cleaning has been assigned to Ksenija Šolčić.

A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been conducted against the company EURO-PELETI owned by Ante Goluža due to debts of 847 thousand kuna. The company will be removed from the Court Register.
