Although it was published in the Court Register that the Nexe group entered the ownership structure of the IT company b4b systems, applications, programs, according to information coming from the company in Našice, this did not happen. The Management of the Nexe group, led by Ivan Ergović, confirmed that there was an intention for Nexe to 'enter the ownership structure of B4B, in accordance with the strategic development provisions and continuous investment in the digitization of its processes at all levels'.
– The final realization of the share purchase did not occur because the current owners of the company b4b are considering involving a strategic partner in the company’s operations. Accordingly, a decision was made to postpone Nexe’s entry into the ownership structure for the next period, and the final decision will depend on interest and possibilities at that time – stated the company from Našice.
