One such initiative is the introduction of paid internships for students from Ukraine lasting from 3 to 6 months during which they can gain valuable experience in the banking sector.
Students will thus be able to learn new knowledge from various areas and organizational units such as corporate business, retail, IT, security, human resources, and risks. The internship is available at locations across Croatia, such as Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Pula, and Osijek.
The student internship at Zagreb Bank offers learning in a dynamic work environment and working in a positive work atmosphere, with a flexible schedule in case of university obligations. Students from Ukraine will have the opportunity for professional and personal growth and development through mentorship from colleagues who are experts in their field.
