Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), an investment firm focused on the markets of Southeast Europe, founded by Igor Čičak, who is also the CEO and main partner, announced the final closing of its fund ASEF (Adriatic Structured Equity Fund), which has raised a total of €94 million, making it the largest private equity fund in the Adriatic region.

The final amount under management has increased by as much as 70 percent, or €38.5 million, in relation to the initial size of the fund at its establishment in August 2020. PCP attracted a broad base of investors to the ASEF fund, consisting of 19 leading institutional investors based in the EU, including pension funds, insurance companies, leading regional and international banks, and development banks.

I would like to thank all our investors for their support and trust. I am confident that through our investments we will best demonstrate that this region has a lot of potential for investment and for accelerating the growth of ambitious companies – said Čičak.

So far, PCP has realized ten investments through the ASEF fund, including investments in three core companies in the sectors of private healthcare, dentistry, and specialized retail. Additionally, they are in the final stages of negotiations for further investments, with realization expected in the coming months. PCP’s focus is on investing in profitable companies in growing sectors that need capital for further growth and have a significant market position and potential for sector consolidation.

In 2021, PCP invested in Poliklinika Aviva, Salonu Dental, Polikliniku Arena, and Keindl Sport, and last year in Polikliniku Urocentar and Polikliniku Dijagnostika 2000.
