Companies and Careers: Voloder Leads Cemex Instead of Vilović, Vujnovac’s Enna Logic Gets a CEO…

It has been confirmed in the Court Register that Alen Voloder took over the position from the former director Velimir Vilović at CEMEX CROATIA. The new members of the Management Board are the former sector directors Marijan Vuko, Joško Težulat, Mirela Kotarac, and Kristina Buzov.

Mario Jurišić has ceased to be a member of the Management Board of PBZ CARDA, where he had been since 2008.

Ditka Maučec has become the new president of the Supervisory Board of OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM instead of Stipanka Ivandić Štefanek, and Tomaž Kampuš has become the new vice president of the Supervisory Board instead of Igor Tepšić. Additionally, Damir Topić, Mario Krka, Dina Salapić, and Dominik Glavina have become new members of the Board instead of Danimir Guln, Zlatko Hrbud, Marijana Brdsko, and Pava Mišković.

Gregor Glušič has become the new president of the Management Board of ENNA LOGIC, which is engaged in the railway transport of goods. He replaced Edin Sose, who left the company a year ago and continued his career at the helm of the newly established company ČD CARGO ADRIA. In the meantime, ENNA LOGIC was led by Management Board members Ivan Begović and Petar Glavaš.

The company SUPER – HIK has exited its co-ownership in the Split KUPOVINA, specialized in wholesale trade. The company currently has a total of 43 co-owners.

The Commercial Court in Zagreb has concluded the shortened bankruptcy procedure against the company MEMEKS owned by Dejan Sučević. The procedure was initiated due to a debt of 715 thousand kuna, and the company will be removed from the Court Register.

Vedran Križek and Marko Miloš have entered the ownership structure of UNDABOTA, and Daniel Petljak has become the new director of the company.
