Companies and Careers: Begović’s Trast Shipping in Pre-bankruptcy, Changes in the Management of Elka

A pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for the company TRAST OTPREMNIŠTVO owned by Miljan Begović, and Martin Lukin has been appointed as the commissioner in the procedure. The pre-bankruptcy was initiated at the request of the debtor, and from the confirmation of the Financial Agency regarding the blocking of accounts and funds, it is evident that the company has been blocked for 10 days due to unpaid debts amounting to just over one million kuna.

Jože Rus is no longer a member of the Management Board of ELKA, a company engaged in the production of electronic and electrical wires and cables.

Pero Kovačić has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA OSIGURANJA.

The company INSTAR INFORMATIKA, which deals with non-specialized wholesale trade, has changed its name to INSTAR CENTER and relocated from Zagreb to Velika Gorica.
