At the regular session of the Electoral Assembly, members of the Supervisory and Management Boards of the association Voice of Entrepreneurs were elected, and Hrvoje Bujas was re-elected for the position of president of Voice of Entrepreneurs Association for a term of two years.
The regular electoral assembly was attended by regular members of the Voice of Entrepreneurs association. The chairperson briefly opened the assembly and welcomed the attendees, confirming the presence of the president, executive director, and members of the Management and Supervisory Boards. Then, Dražen Oreščanin, the executive director of the Voice of Entrepreneurs association, presented the report on the association’s activities for 2020 and 2021, covering all activities and the growth in the number of members and volunteers involved in the work, as well as the actions taken by the association during the first term. A financial report was then submitted, and the financial plan for 2022 was presented.
After that, a unanimous decision was made to amend and supplement the Statute of the Voice of Entrepreneurs association, followed by the election of members to the Supervisory and Management Boards of the association. After the candidacy process and voting, the chairperson confirmed that the following were elected as members of the Supervisory Board of the association: Aco Momčilović, Ivana Ožegović, Danko Bačelić, Silvija Popović, and Boris Podobnik. Additionally, for the members of the Management Board of the association, after the candidacy process and voting, the following were elected: Bruno Samardžić, Ivana Matić, Dražen Oreščanin, Vuk Vuković, Hrvoje Bujas, Mislav Bašić, and Lana Šiljeg.
