Co-owners of RASCA Frane Franičević and Darko Paviša have withdrawn from operational management of the company and are no longer directors. The former director Ivan Franičević has been appointed as the CEO of the company from Kalinovac, which is engaged in the production of municipal equipment, while the other directors – Ružica Petričec Fabijanec and Mario Štefanec – have been appointed as members of the Management Board.
The Commercial Court in Zagreb has confirmed the pre-bankruptcy agreement for VRBOVČANKA owned by Krunoslava Antolkovića and Ivana Antolkovića. The process against this construction material trader was initiated due to a debt of 4.7 million kuna. Unsecured creditors have agreed to a write-off of 60 percent of the 2.56 million kuna debt, and over the next 48 months, they are expected to receive just over one million kuna. Additionally, the company owes just over 621 thousand kuna to the Tax Administration, which has agreed to a write-off of 35 percent of the debt, while the repayment of the remaining 400 thousand is expected over 60 months.
