Companies and Careers: Owners of Rasca Withdraw from Management, Pre-Bankruptcy Confirmed for Vrbovčanka…

Co-owners of RASCA Frane Franičević and Darko Paviša have withdrawn from operational management of the company and are no longer directors. The former director Ivan Franičević has been appointed as the CEO of the company from Kalinovac, which is engaged in the production of municipal equipment, while the other directors – Ružica Petričec Fabijanec and Mario Štefanec – have been appointed as members of the Management Board.

The Commercial Court in Zagreb has confirmed the pre-bankruptcy agreement for VRBOVČANKA owned by Krunoslava Antolkovića and Ivana Antolkovića. The process against this construction material trader was initiated due to a debt of 4.7 million kuna. Unsecured creditors have agreed to a write-off of 60 percent of the 2.56 million kuna debt, and over the next 48 months, they are expected to receive just over one million kuna. Additionally, the company owes just over 621 thousand kuna to the Tax Administration, which has agreed to a write-off of 35 percent of the debt, while the repayment of the remaining 400 thousand is expected over 60 months.

Tea Plešić has become the new chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of KUTJEVO, replacing Senada Moralića.

Petar Čiš has taken over the ownership share in the AGRICULTURAL COMPANY ORAHOVICA from Slavka Čiša. The company now has a total of 681 co-owners.

A bankruptcy procedure has been opened against the company MAX HOLD owned by Rašida Hašimovića, and Janko Vidiček has been appointed as the temporary bankruptcy trustee. The procedure was initiated at the proposal of the FINANCIAL AGENCY as the company has been in account blockade since October last year, amounting to 239 thousand kuna.
