Two students from Zagreb and two from Osijek are the new scholarship recipients of Comping, one of the largest domestic ICT companies. Students Tonka Hrboka from the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb, Physics Department and Dora Klobučar from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek, as well as students Ivan Gojko from the Technical College in Zagreb and Luka Kaučić from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek have met all criteria with their excellence and motivation, securing Comping scholarships until the end of their studies.
Team Expansion and Organic Growth of 15 Percent
The scholarships were presented to the selected students by the CEO of Comping, Alojzije Jukić, who expressed satisfaction with this long-term model of expansion and strengthening of the company.
– We are pleased that we are once again in a position to facilitate the education of excellent students this year, as this has proven to be an excellent path and a great potential for integrating young quality personnel into Comping. Along with financial support for the best students, scholarships also enable us to collaborate effectively with faculties and colleges as a kind of ‘nurseries of excellence’, thus participating in the development of domestic young professionals and helping them realize their potential – said Jukić, adding that Comping adds 4-5 new employees each year through the scholarship program.
That Comping has a lot to offer today’s students and tomorrow’s employees, along with the possibility of further training and acquiring new knowledge, is confirmed by the company’s business results, which, despite all global challenges, marks another successful business year, characterized by numerous business innovations within the Comping group. Comping has recorded continuous employee growth over the past two years, and the company is growing both organically and through acquisitions, such as Data Target, as well as through start-up investments like IoT Net Adria.
