Fortenova grupa d.d., Jamnica, Konzum, PIK Vrbovec and mStart Received the Employer Partner Certificate and Became an Example of Excellence in Human Resources

Fortenova grupa d.d. and its operational companies Jamnica, Konzum, PIK Vrbovec and mStart are recipients of the Employer Partner (CPP) certificate awarded by Selectio Grupa. For over 15 years, this certificate has allowed experts from SELECTIO Grupa to compare domestic HR practices with global trends, thereby improving standards in human resource management and promoting practices that exemplify excellence in HR.

– Five Croatian members of Fortenova Group – Fortenova grupa, Jamnica, Konzum, mStart, and PIK Vrbovec meet all the criteria of the Employer Partner certificate and represent a true example of successful human resource management that is continuously evolving in all areas. The companies conduct various internal compliance, climate, and satisfaction surveys, and the Feedback 360 analysis confirmed that managers are aligned with organizational values and key competencies. Recruitment and selection activities are at a top level, while onboarding processes have stood out with innovative practices and approaches. Internal communication at all levels of the organization is commendable, ensuring good information flow within teams, and it is interesting to note that some practices are examples of excellence on a global level – said Martina Kessler, Head of Organizational Development Solutions at SELECTIO Grupa.

In the HR analysis conducted at all levels of the organizations, Fortenova grupa and its operational companies achieved excellent results, and the certificate confirms the highest quality of management in five key areas of human resources – Strategy, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee Relations.
