Following last year’s inaugural edition of the Electric EVolution Festival, this year, in addition to Zagreb, the first electric mobility festival in Croatia and one of the few in the world will also be presented to the audience in Split. During the first weekend of March, visitors will be able to explore the latest innovations and current offerings from all relevant car brands and representatives in the segment of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, as well as the supporting industries of electric vehicles and equipment, including e-motors, e-scooters, and e-bikes. The EEF will take place in Split from March 5 to 6 at City Center One, followed by an event in Zagreb from April 1 to 3 at City Center One West.
The festival’s concept is set in three directions: showcasing the current offerings of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles (cars and e-motors, e-scooters, e-bikes, and supporting equipment), expert lectures for the public and B2B aimed at communicating the advantages of using electric vehicles, in collaboration with Hrvatski Telekom and the association Strujni krug, as well as test drives for potential buyers.
– We are pleased to present the Electric EVolution Festival project to the audience in Split, which has so far shown great interest in alternative forms of mobility, as evidenced by the results of the 2021 competition of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, where a significant portion of the subsidies for purchasing electric vehicles was achieved precisely in Split and neighboring counties, said Hrvoje Jelinić, the festival organizer.
