Companies and Careers: New Operational Role for the CEO of Fortenova, Rukavina, Ćosić, and Dujmić Without New Mandate in HEP Management, New Management Member at Tommy…

The CEO of FORTENOVA and Chairman of the Management Board BELJE PLUS Andrej Dean has received a third operational role. He has been appointed as the new director of BELJE AGRO-VET PLUS replacing Dražen Hižman.

HEP has 'halved' its Management Board. Nikola Rukavina, who has held the position since 2008, as well as Saša Dujmić, who has been on the board since 2014, and Marko Ćosić, who has been a member since 2018, have left the board. The new mandate has been granted to the Chairman of the Board Frane Barbarić, Petar Sprčić, and Tomislav Šambić.

Following recent ownership changes, there have also been changes in the Management Board of SUPERNOVA, with Petra Maria Michelatsch and Carl Marcus Pfeiffer becoming the new directors of SUPERNOVA BRANIMIR, SUPERNOVA SLAVONSKI BROD, SUPERNOVA KARLOVAC, SUPERNOVA BUZIN, SUPERNOVA KOPRIVNICA, and SUPERNOVA COLOSSEUM, while Paul Merdžo has left the director position in these companies. A change also occurred in SUPERNOVA CVJETNI, where Frank Philipp Albert has ceased to be the director.

The former member of the Supervisory Board of INA-INDUSTRIJA NAFTE Damir Mikuljan has been appointed as its new chairman, replacing Damir Vanđelić. The board has also welcomed Davor Filipović and Branimir Škurla, while Luka Burilović has left.

Zoran Mikulić has become a new member of the Management Board of TOMMY.

Ownership changes continue in the companies of Stipe Matića, as M SAN GRUPA has merged with M SAN ULAGANJA. Additionally, his AGRO INVEST GRUPA has taken over the AGRICULTURAL-FOOD CONCERN VALPOVO, of which Matić was previously the sole owner. 

Manfred Oswald Kühner has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of DM-DROGERIE MARKTA, replacing Petra Gruber.

Majda Namačinski has been appointed as the new procurator of ROCHE, replacing Tamara Pirker.

Martina Dobranović has become a new member of the Management Board of CS COMPUTER SYSTEMS, while Stjepan Šipek is no longer the company's procurator.

Igor Butorac has become a new member of the Management Board of the CROATIAN FOOTBALL CLUB RIJEKA, replacing Zlatan Hreljac.

Andrija Peričić has become the new director of the PHARMACEUTICAL PACKAGING FACTORY, replacing Mateja Peričić.

BOBO TRGOVINA has been merged with JULIUS MEINL BONFANTI.

After ULJANIK PROIZVODNJA OPREME was shut down in December, the company has now been officially removed from the Court Register.
