Companies and Careers: Dragan Kovačević sued Janaf over dismissal, Imex Bank without a CEO, family transition in Bjelovar’s Masiva…

Stjepan Adanić has received a new mandate as the CEO of JADRANSKI NAFTOVOD. At the same time, a dispute has been recorded in the Registry between the plaintiff Dragan Kovačević, who was CEO from 2012 until September 2020, and Janaf regarding the challenge of the Supervisory Board’s decision to revoke the CEO. It is worth noting that Kovačević was arrested on September 17, 2020, and placed in investigative detention. A week after his arrest, the government proposed his dismissal and the appointment of Adanić as CEO. The Supervisory Board confirmed this proposal the following day.  

Siniša Špoljarec is no longer the CEO of IMEX BANK, and Dušanka Mišković has left the Management Board. Boris Peko remains on the Management Board, where he is joined by Dijana Kalinić.

Petar Jambreković has transferred ownership of Bjelovar’s MASIVA to Ivana Jambreković Doležal and Petra Jambreković, who have granted him power of attorney.

Tena Erceg Jelenčić has been appointed as the new procurator of ADIDAS CROATIA.

Žaklina Marević has become the new deputy chair of the Supervisory Board of DUBROVNIK AIRPORT, replacing Ivica Martić, while Ivana Šušnjić has ceased to be a member of the Supervisory Board.

Esad Jašari has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of the Rijeka COMMUNAL COMPANY ČISTOĆA, replacing Zdravko Cigić.

EKO-FLOR PLUS has merged with its subsidiary I.Z.D. ZELENO POLJE after acquiring it from Mate Bračić.

The company DRVO DELNICE has been merged with its parent company BUKVA COMMERCIUM, owned by its Management Board member Rade Maravić.

The company BRODOSPLIT-ČELIK has changed its name to ČELIK RADNICI. Tomislav Čorak has become the new chair of the Supervisory Board, replacing Neven Balić, Luka Čadež is his deputy, replacing Goran Tenžera, and Tomislav Zajec has become a new member of the Committee, replacing Teja Jerković.
