Tatjana Antolić Jasnić, a member of the Management Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, has become the new president of the Supervisory Board of ZAGREB NEKRETNINA, replacing Marco Lotteria.
The company INTERKAPITAL has merged with the company ICH. The companies are connected through Daniel Nevidal, co-owner of ICH, who is also the executive director of Interkapital.
Marinko Ljubičić and Davor Katalinić are the new co-owners and procurators of the company OREON PRO and have joined the ownership structure with Tihomir Mikinc and the company AVIA Zoran Gopca, who is also the director. OREON PRO has an ownership stake in EURO ENERGO EKU, of which Ljubičić was previously a co-owner and is now the director, while Katalinić is the procurator.
The company MARTIMEX has merged with the company VELMAR. Both companies are owned by Veljko Marton and have the same director Marisa Marton Mihaldinec.
The Commercial Court in Split has confirmed the pre-bankruptcy agreement of ALDI INŽENJERING with creditors who agreed to write off 70 percent of the claims amounting to 12.4 million kuna. The remaining 3.7 million kuna will be paid to them, after a year of waiting, in monthly installments over the next seven years, without interest. The largest creditors are director Ljubo Đula (5.8 million kuna) and his ALDI PROJEKT (three million kuna).
The former member of the Management Board of MRAMOR Vladimir Katić has taken ownership from Slobodan Popović and Mandalena Popović and has also become the president of the Management Board. Slobodan Popović remains a member of the Management Board but is no longer the director.
