The company MERITUS UPRAVLJANJE has changed its name to M PLUS CROATIA and has established a Supervisory Board. Igor Varivoda has been appointed as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Gordan Kolak as the Deputy Chairman, and Zvonimir Mršić, Ivan Stupalo, and Boris Šavorić have become members of the Board.

Graciano Rudan has merged TERME JEZERČICA into his parent company RUDAN after the acquisition.

Tsolaire Arslanian is the new director of Apple’s representative, the company ISTYLE owned by ISTYLE CYPRUS LIMITED, replacing Ferenc G. Kovács.

KONČAR’s company KONČAR – METALNE KONSTRUKCIJE has transformed from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company. Sanja Lalić has become a new member of the company’s Supervisory Board, replacing Mladen Matečić.

EMPWR from Nova Gradiška (formerly AMINOLABS ATLANTIC) has established a Supervisory Board. Peter Lieven G Denolf is its chairman, and his deputy is Wouter Georges M Quaghebeur.  Both have held the position of director in the past year, and now the company is independently operated by Katica Miholić, who has been the director since May. The third member of the Supervisory Board is John Emiel G Verhaeghe.

Stjepan Matijević has exited the ownership structure of the company MARINADA, which now has 49 co-owners.

Gordan Muškić has become the new Chairman of the Management Board of SALONA DENTAL STOMATOLOŠKE POLIKLINIKE, and Ivan Brakus has become a new member of the Management Board.

Nadja Schaps Horvat has become the new Chairwoman of the Management Board of IMPLANT CENTRE MARTINKO, and Damir Martinko, who was previously the director, has been appointed as a member of the Management Board.

Kristijan Fafanđel has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the company RAPSKA PLOVIDBA, replacing Borisa Debelića.

Ivan Mišetić has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of the company SLAVONIJA ŽUPANJA.

The company ARMUS, owned by Mija Prgomet, has merged with the company PROJEKT RATARSKA, which was owned by Ana Prgomet. She is also the director of these companies.
