Ante Odak is the new member of the Management Board of RAIFFEISENBANK AUSTRIA, and Gábor Kovács has left the Supervisory Board. Odak is responsible for business with legal entities, capital markets, and investment banking. He arrived in Zagreb in July from RBA BiH, where he was also on the Management Board. After AGROFEST, owned by Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, took over the Požega company AGRONOM, Andreas Klamminger, Milan Kuncíř, and Martin Rada became new members of the Management Board.
