Companies and Careers: Change at the Helm of Croatian Glovo, New Supervisors at Zaba, Pre-Bankruptcy Opened for Iris MBM…

The delivery platform Glovo, available in 26 cities in Croatia, has changed its director. Drago Cota is now at the helm of GLOVOAPP TECHNOLOGY and GLOVO INFRASTRUCTURE instead of Tea Širole. 

Davide Bazzarello and Daniela Croitoru are the new members of the Supervisory Board of ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, replacing Aurelije Maccario and Wolfganga Schilka.

A pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for IRIS MBM. The owner of the company is Dujo Ljevar, through his company LJD HANDELS – UND SPORTCONSULTING registered in Munich. The company proposes the approval of a grace period of one year, after which it would start repaying the total debt of approximately 27 million kuna in monthly installments over the next five years. There are also about 5.8 million kuna in obligations covered by mortgages that do not enter into the pre-bankruptcy. Višnja Petrušić has been appointed as the pre-bankruptcy trustee, and a hearing for the examination of claims is scheduled for March 16, 2022. With the opening of the pre-bankruptcy, the account that was blocked due to 900 thousand kuna has been unblocked.

Renata Čirjak and Irena Friščić are the new co-owners of the company VIATOR&VEKTOR PROJEKTI, replacing Zvone Nosana and Mladena Hrvoića.

Co-owner of AGENOR AUTOMATIKE Valter Beaković is no longer the director of the company he has led since 2001. The director positions have been taken over by three other co-owners – Andrej Prpić, Robert Štedul, and Branko Labinac.

Ana-Marija Galić Cvitković is the new director of METALAC HOME MARKET, replacing Marija Erdeljić.

Darijo Šarotar has taken ownership and the director position of SONOEXPERT from Natalija Bublić.

Filip Brkić and Valerija Blašković, who is also the director of OG GRAFIKE, have been authorized by the Commercial Court in Zagreb for the business share of Mirka Brkića.

Vesna Sajić has become the new director of MONTE GIRO, replacing Darka Buršića.

Lidija Blažeković has become a co-owner of the company SPERANZA. She shares ownership with Sašom Blažekovićem, who is the founder and director of the company.

Israr Liaqat and Trevor James Hardwick have become the new directors of PROJEKTA ADRIA TROGIRA, replacing Krešimira Proface, while Andrej Šooš Maceljski is the new procurator. The company is owned by SELECT INVESTMENTS LIMITED from the United Arab Emirates.

The subsidiary company ADRIASENSE, established in 2013, has been merged with TT HOTELS CROATIA. The sole owner of TT HOTELS CROATIA since 2021 is TUI GROUP, and prior to that, from 2012, the ownership was shared by KARISMA RESORTS INTERNATIONAL and AGROKOR – later FORTENOVA GROUP.

Zlatko Konjević has taken ownership and the director position in HANZA MONT from Donalda Keranovića and has renamed the company to UNA&ELTA.
