News about fake lotteries arrived from two addresses in one day. PBZ Card informed cardholders that it does not organize a lottery in which users of the Premium Visa card can win 100 euros, nor does it ask, nor will it ever ask its users via email to enter/submit security details about their cards.
Croatian Post also warned that scammers in the lottery are presenting themselves under its name. Specifically, through mobile communication applications (WhatsApp, Viber, and others), links to a survey and lottery are being spread where the scammer presents themselves as Croatian Post. One such link with a fake domain of Croatian Post leads to a fake Konzum survey and lottery where the user is promised 50,000 kuna.
Do not open or resolve, as scammers could thus gain access to your personal data, warns HP. A sufficient reminder to be cautious with the world wide web of information, communication, but also fraud.
