Companies and Careers: Crosco Appoints Director from Hungary, New Head of Osijek’s Ukop, Ownership and Management Changes in Metal – Inox…

Igor Kruljac is no longer the director of CROSCO. He has been succeeded by Ferenc Tarr from Hungary, who joined MOL GROUP in September 2018 as the general director of GEOINFORM LTD., and in January 2020, he was also appointed as the general director of CROSCO’s subsidiary ROTARY DRILLING from Nagykanizsa.

Vedran Novokmet is the new director of the Osijek funeral services company UKOP, replacing Hrvoje Ostrički, whose term has expired.

Miloš Lovrenčić and Karol Trošt have exited the ownership structure of METAL – INOX, which is now solely owned by the Italian VENDERA. The company has revoked Mijo Županića from the director position and appointed Dalibor Meyer as the sole member of the Management Board. The company’s headquarters has been relocated from Umag to Zagreb.

Zoran Barac, director of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, has become a new member of the Supervisory Board of CROATIA OSIGURANJA. 

The court register has confirmed the dismissal of Igor Pirija from the director position at GRADSKA PLINARA ZAGREB – OPSKRBI. The reason for the dismissal was the management’s shortcomings in gas procurement, which has led to a significant price increase for entrepreneurs starting November 1. The company is now independently led by Ivona Ilijaš.

Davorka Orač has been granted procuration at E.ON ENERGIJA, and E.ON manager Božidar Đurković has been granted procuration at the subsidiary companies MOSLAVINA PLIN and PLIN-PROJEKT.

Višnja Bijelić is no longer a member of the Management Board of AD PLASTIKA. She held that position for just over a year.

Changes in the Supervisory Board have been published in the court register as a result of the acquisition of VILLA DUBROVNIK, whose 89.6 percent of shares were purchased from DOGUS GROUP by eight pension funds managed by the investment company ERSTE d.o.o. Sanja Čižmar is the new chairperson of the Supervisory Board, replacing Cemo Ecevita, with Borislav Maletić as her deputy instead of Erygit Umura, and Krešimir Huljev as a new member instead of Jacques Louis Moranda and Burak Baykana. As part of this transaction, the pension funds also acquired DOGUS MARINA HOTELS, which manages the luxury hotel D Resort Šibenik in the Mandalina marina. Thus, DOGUS GROUP has exited Croatian hospitality after its business with marinas.

Rasija Blagajčević has joined as the director of TOMISLAV-ZAGREBA, replacing owner Tomislav Bagarić instead of Ružice Bagarić.

Mateo Lončar is the new director of WASTE MANAGEMENT SISAK, replacing Katarine Luketić.

KAMENOLOM FUŽINSKI BENKOVAC has received a new supervisory board. Sanjin Purić is the new chairperson of the Supervisory Board, replacing Josipa Purića, Tihomir Ranđelović is his deputy instead of Branka Žica, and the third member is Zoran Bursać instead of Željka Velnića. The company is owned by GP KRK.
