Anita, how did you decide on the MBA program and why specifically the Algebra e-Leadership MBA?

I had been thinking for some time about a postgraduate study, and the MBA proved to be an excellent upgrade to the knowledge and experience I had acquired. Lifelong learning has become a necessity, and I wanted to gain a comprehensive insight into the trends and necessary knowledge and skills of tomorrow, and Algebra’s e-Leadership program attracted me the most because it focuses on both the classic business MBA program and leadership skills, as well as significantly on digitalization and digital transformation.

How would you describe your MBA experience at Algebra in three words?

 Pride, satisfaction, completeness.

What particularly impressed you, what would you highlight and why?

As everywhere, people leave impressions. Starting from the personality assessment through the MBTI test, directly led by the director of Talent Plus, Dr. Whiteford, to the unique and personal approach of Professor Dayton, who is always ready to help with his advice. I was also impressed by the business plan presentations in smaller groups, lectures in selected locations, the tour of the Pelješac Bridge, the visit to JGL in Rijeka… And thanks to all the lecturers for introducing me to the digital tools that have made quantitative methods easier for me to use.

In your opinion, what is the most valuable element of this program?

I would highlight the acquisition of comprehensive knowledge, based on the latest findings and digital tools, along with numerous case studies and working on a joint business project in smaller groups. Certainly also networking, new friendships and acquaintances, acquiring and sharing knowledge with colleagues and lecturers because that is an invaluable personal wealth that also represents personal growth.

Would you recommend the program to your colleagues, friends, and why?

Yes, definitely, because of everything mentioned above.
