Companies and Careers: Pivac Brothers Merge with Vajda, Zagorka from Bedekovčina in Pre-bankruptcy, Uriha Director Becomes ‘Acting’ After 20 Years…

THE MEAT INDUSTRY PIVAC BROTHERS has merged with the company VAJDA from Čakovec, which has been owned by the Vrgorac family since 2015.

A pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for ZAGORKA from Bedekovčina. The factory of clay and chamotte products owned by Zvonko Jakuš (who is also the director) has around 45 million kuna in debts, of which 7.7 million is owed to secured creditors. In the proposed settlement, suppliers have been offered to write off 70 percent of the 37.4 million kuna in claims, with the remainder to be paid to them, after a year of waiting, over the next five years. The largest creditors are ZAGORKA KERAMIKA, which does not report any income, and was founded in 2018 by ZAGORKA’s procurator Miro Jakuš (12.9 million kuna), as well as JEDINSTVO KRAPINA (8.6 million) and GRADSKA PLINARA KRAPINA (6.8 million).

The former director of the URIHO institution, Josip Držaić, has been appointed as the acting director. He has been at the helm of the institution for professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities owned by the City of Zagreb since 2000.

Božidar Ožanić is no longer a co-owner or procurator of GORANA from Delnice.

The procuration at YACHT CENTAR BAOTIĆ has been granted to Domenik Mikas and Danijela Novak, who is also the new procurator at NAUTICAL CENTER TROGIR.

Marko Prosinečki is no longer a procurator at TIM-COLOR from Zagreb.
