Companies and Careers: Unusual Changes at Pan-Pek, Media Polis in Pre-Bankruptcy, Changes at Huawei Technologies…

PAN-PEK has been merged with FARUNO CEE HOLDING. The peculiarity is that this company, part of the Polish fund Enterprise Investors (EI), was the owner of PAN-PEK. Therefore, another company with the same Luxembourg address, AKVO CEE HOLDING, has been registered as the owner of PAN-PEK. The company confirms that this is merely an administrative change and that the ultimate ownership structure remains unchanged.

A pre-bankruptcy procedure has been opened for the Zagreb marketing agency MEDIA POLIS Anita Bračun, whose account has been blocked since August 4. The company lost 65 percent of its revenue last year due to the COVID crisis, and after UNITED GROUP acquired TELE2 (now TELEMACH), it lost its most important client (which generated 40 percent of its revenue). Creditors claiming just over one million kuna have been offered a 60 percent write-off on the one million kuna claim, with the remainder to be paid out after a one-year wait over the next four years. Almost all claims are against INVENTA of Anita Bračun (797 thousand kuna) and ZAGREB REINVENT, owned by the former co-owner of MEDIA POLIS, Anita’s husband Bruno Bračun (264 thousand kuna).
