Toyota’s new model Yaris Cross is finally coming to the domestic market. It is an SUV that arrives as a complement to the urban Yaris, which has already established itself on our roads. The small urban SUV is a practical and compact car with a sporty character and will certainly be the first choice for many buyers, and it is also worth noting that it is a hybrid developed on the GA-B platform for small cars.
Yaris Cross is powered by a three-cylinder, 1.5-liter Hybrid Dynamic Force engine that produces 116 HP (85 kW), and there is also a Yaris Cross with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine based on the same construction used in the hybrid system, paired with a CVT or a six-speed manual transmission.

The design of the model highlights its robustness, but, they claim at Toyota, this does not prevent it from being extremely agile and easy to handle on narrow urban roads. The new model comes with four trim levels (Luna, Sol, Sport and Elegant), and the hybrid version also offers the option of the Adventure package and Premiere Edition. The Yaris Cross starts at 154,900 kuna for the base model, up to 240,900 kuna for the hybrid version with Premiere equipment.
