IKEA Zagreb Begins Selling Furniture for Gamers

The new gaming assortment, designed in collaboration with the brand Republic of Gamers (ROG), will be available at the IKEA Zagreb store and online from early October, according to a statement. This assortment includes nearly 30 products that will help create personalized solutions and fit well into homes while also enhancing gaming performance.

– IKEA aims to create a better everyday life for as many people as possible – including a large number of gamers. We have partnered with the right expert in the gaming world who deeply understands this industry and wants to find new ways to integrate gaming into the home. Therefore, we combined the best of IKEA and ROG, democratizing the gaming experience by creating functional and affordable products and complete gaming solutions. We hope that gamers in Croatia will now be able to create their desired environment at home – emphasized Nikolaos Migkianis, Market Director of IKEA Croatia.

The new assortment is aimed at PC gamers and includes furniture such as desks, chairs, dressers, as well as accessories like cup holders, mouse cable holders, neck pillows, or mobile phone stands with ring lights. The new gaming collection also offers suitable chairs and tables at various price points, taking into account the different needs of the target audience.

Thanks to the new collaboration with IKEA, ROG will be able to find new and interesting ways to delight gamers – stated Kris Huang, Director of the ASUS Business Unit for Gaming Equipment and Accessories.

The gaming collection consists of several product families: UPPSPEL, LÅNESPELARE, MATCHSPEL, UTESPELARE, and HUVUDSPELARE. While all UPPSPEL products are designed in collaboration with the ROG brand (a sub-brand of ASUS), the rest of the series was created by IKEA based on insights and knowledge gained from this collaboration. In this way, IKEA ensures a wide range of offerings for gaming to meet gamers’ needs when it comes to functionality.
