Professor at VERN'u Darija Prša has taken over the position of CEO of NARODNE NOVINE instead of Zlatko Hodak. Silvija Žužul has joined the Management Board instead of Mate Regvar, and Rober Hirc is the only member of the Management Board who has received a second mandate. Prša defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic 'The Impact of Working Capital Management on the Profitability of Small and Medium Enterprises in a Post-Transitional Economy' at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka, and she will now address this topic in a larger company.

The Osijek company INGOTEH has changed its name to GRADNJA.

The bankruptcy for the Split LEASE has been concluded. The company has been owned by the Kerum family since 2005. Jakov Kerum, the nephew of Željko Kerum, took it over from Željko Maržić, and since 2012, it has been owned by Jakov’s sister Željka Kerum Topalušić. The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in 2018, as a pre-bankruptcy settlement was not reached. Creditors then reported claims of 289 million kuna. The bankruptcy was concluded after all assets from the bankruptcy estate were liquidated for less than 30 million kuna.

Vesna Zeneral-Matijašić is the new member of the Management Board of the travel agency GULLIVER TRAVEL instead of Alessandra D´Angelo.
