The owner of the Turkish UZEL GROUP Emil Uzel has taken over the ownership of the Dubrovnik company ALEXANDRA HOTEL COLLECTION from Jelena Mrčela, which manages the luxury Dubrovnik boutique hotel Pucić Palace, and has undergone a series of changes this year. First, Mrčela took it over from Uzel’s Dutch ARGENTUM VENTURES and changed its name from SAGRADA MANAGEMENT, briefly taking over the director position from Uzel. She then appointed Maura Tony Krešić as the CEO and remained on the Board. Now, Uzel has again taken over ownership, this time personally, revoked Krešić and Mrčela, took over management himself, and appointed Saša Jovanovski and Vedran Tršić as members of his management board.
Paula Čandrlić Mesarić has been appointed as the temporary bankruptcy administrator of KERAMIKE MODUS from Orahovica. The company Želimira Kodrića was in a pre-bankruptcy settlement process due to debts of 107 million kuna, which was suspended because it did not pay salaries to employees.
Inga Velić is the new director of the medical footwear manufacturer DR LUIGI from Split, replacing Dušan Tuta.
Dragan Gašić is the new member of the Management Board of RENAULT NISSAN CROATIA, replacing Gaétana Renéa Boyera. He joins Petru Nevistiću and Francoisu Bernardu Frédéricu Delionu in that position.
Siniša Šarčević and Franjo Novosel are the new members of the Supervisory Board of MONTER-MACHINERY ASSEMBLIES, from which Zlatko Perica has exited.
