Zrinko Hržić is the new director of EGIS ROAD OPERATION CROATIA, replacing Henrij Skiba. The company operates within the French group EGIS – managing the Zagreb ‒ Macelj highway, maintaining it and collecting tolls on behalf of AUTOCESTA ZAGREB – MACELJ, which is the concessionaire for those 60 kilometers of highway and is majority-owned (51 percent) by STRABAG’s PYHRN CONCESSION HOLDING, with the remainder owned by the state.

Cindy Marita Gabriella Andersen has been appointed as the director of IKEA’s INGKA CENTRES CROATIA, and subsequently as the president of the Management Board of DESIGNER OUTLET CROATIA, replacing Marjanne Alette Julia Van Ittersum. Remaining on the Management Board of DESIGNER OUTLET CROATIA are Mário Armel Passos De Barros and Sylvia Renate Mutschler. She is also the director of MUTSCHLER OUTLET HOLDING, which co-owns the outlet with INGKA.

Steve Ilija Petrović has been appointed as the second member of the Management Board of ELEKTRODA ZAGREB from Zaprešić, making the former director Ante Krolo the president of the two-member Management Board.

HERBALIFE has received a Management Board led by the former director Goran Nikolić, with Mark David Storey appointed as the second member.

Mislav Ante Omazić is the new member and deputy president of the Supervisory Board of HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA, replacing Željko Lovrinčević.

Kruno Božinović is the new member of the Supervisory Board of MEĐUNARODNA ZRAČNA LUKE ZAGREB, replacing Ante Dujić.

INGRA has changed its name to clarify its activities. Instead of a joint-stock company for the construction of investment projects, import, export, and representation, it is now a joint-stock company for engineering, construction, and energy.

Positions have been swapped in the Management Board of ENERGY PRIME from Zagreb. The former procurator Ivan Primorac has been appointed as the director, replacing Toni Primorac, who has taken over the procuration.

A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been concluded for the company GOLDCORN GROUP from Zagreb, owned by Džon Kćira. The account has been blocked since October last year due to a debt of 911 thousand kuna, and the company owes at least 790 thousand kuna in taxes, as recorded at the end of October.

Dražen Strunje has joined the director position at KAP4 from Zagreb with owner Nikola Miletić.
