Organizers of cultural and artistic events expecting more than 100 visitors are required to submit a notice of the gathering through the ‘ Safe Gatherings ‘ system.
To enable organizers to quickly and efficiently verify compliance of events with current epidemiological measures at all stages of organization – from planning to on-site control during the event – the ‘ Safe Gatherings ‘ platform has been launched.
The platform uses an algorithm for rapid and effective verification of all aspects of events in relation to current epidemiological measures, which is flexible and adapts as the measures change. This way, organizers can more easily plan the event and timely learn about any changes in the epidemiological situation that may affect the scope of the event. Indeed, an important aspect of planning and business for organizers, and ultimately for the success of the event, is the ability to predict attendance.
‘ Safe Gatherings ‘ serves organizers as a central educational and informational tool for event organization, as all decisions of the Civil Protection Headquarters of the Republic of Croatia relevant to the industry, recommendations from the Croatian Institute of Public Health, as well as assistance measures and funding models from relevant ministries can be found in one place.
