Companies and Careers: Relocation of Roto Dinamic, Ownership Changes at Marin Globe, Leadership Change at Delta Agrar…

FORTENOVINA company ROTO DINAMIC has relocated its headquarters from Zagreb to Samobor and changed its entire Supervisory Board. Sotirios Yannopoulos is the new chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Miodrag Borojević, while Siegfried Alfons Ganshorn is his deputy, replacing Fabrisa Peruška. Marina Matešić and Vanja Vukelić have joined the Supervisory Board, while Gordana Fabris has left.

The director of MARIN GLOBEA from Šibenik Malvin Villabø has exited the ownership structure of the company, which is part of the Norwegian-Croatian project CroNoMar. Villabø remains the director of CRONOMAR, in which he is a co-owner.

Andrej Sovrović is the new director of DELTA AGRARA from Zagreb, replacing Borisa Matovine.

Dinko Andabaka is the new member of the Supervisory Board of the CROATIAN TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OPERATOR (HOPS), replacing Denisa Gete.

Stanko Damijanić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of MAISTRA, replacing Josipa Etingera.

The former member of the Supervisory Board of ADRIATIC OIL PIPELINE Nina Ban Glasnović is the new chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Biljanu Bukić. Anja Bagarić is her deputy, replacing Žarka Stilina, and Marijo Rođak, Josip Spajić, and Jadranka Čengija Šarić have joined the Supervisory Board.

MEGGLE CROATIA has aligned its registration with the fact that it has exited production. This has been reflected in its business subject (it is no longer registered, among other things, for food and beverage production) and in its name. It is no longer 'dairy industry and trade', but simply 'limited liability company for trade'.
