STUDIO REVOLT – The Fastest Growing Company Ends Up in Blockade

The fastest growing company in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Croatian Studio Revolt, which had a revenue of 7,060 kuna in 2019, achieved over 739 million kuna in revenue in 2020, representing a growth of an astonishing 11 million percent (!), has been in blockade since May.

It is one of the most mysterious companies in Croatia, founded in the early nineties in Dalmatia, on the Pelješac peninsula, and engaged in digital design. Over the years, ownership, management members, and proxies have changed, and according to the Court Register, their residence has varied from Dubrovnik, through Mošćenička Draga to Zagreb, until last year when Wajid Ali Choudry, residing in Northern Ireland, entered ownership.

In June, when it was already in blockade, the company was taken over by a certain Nils Gunnar Nilsson, residing in Romania. At least that is what is stated in the Court Register. Otherwise, Studio Revolt is today, judging by its web-site, specialized in the procurement of IT equipment. Who its clients are and with whom they work is not stated anywhere. According to Poslovna Hrvatska, the company registered in Zagreb at Radnička cesta 80 (in Zagrebtower) had only one employee last year.
