Companies and Careers: iNovine Receives Management, Owner Birin Returns to Head Nordprodukt, Changes at Baby Center…

The company iNOVINE has received a Management Board, headed by the former director Jurica Jurič, and Bojan Brajković has been appointed as a new member of the Management Board.

The owner of NORD PRODUKT from Samobor Stanko Birin has returned to the helm of the company (he was director until 2012) instead of Krešimir Hazler, who led the company for the previous two years. Along with the former procurator, former Management Board member and director Krunoslava Dekanića, the procuration has also been assigned to Jadranka Carin. The new president of the Supervisory Board, instead of Stanko Birin, is Marsel Birin, and the three-member Supervisory Board includes vice president Irijanda Birin and member Sara Birin.

The former procurator of BABY CENTER Tadeja Šteharnik is the new director instead of Marijan Bevka and Marija Bevk, and she has joined Matjaž Marinšeku in that position. All four managers are from the parent Slovenian company that manages a chain of stores with products for pregnant women and children. This company has changed its name from BABY CENTER TRGOVINA to AKIDS TRGOVINA, and this new name of the owner of the Zagreb BABY CENTER has been registered in the Court Register. Šteharnik has replaced her procuration with a director position in the company BUBAMARA SVE ZA DJECU. This company from Pustodol Začretski (Sveti Križ Začretje) is now also owned by AKIDS TRGOVINA, which has taken over the previous owner, another Slovenian company PIKAPOKA, after which this one was removed from the Court Register.

Daniel Peršić has joined Aleksandru Počivašeku in the director position at A-ANTICUS instead of Mihe Debevca, and Antonu Krivaku has been granted procuration. The same changes apply to the subsidiary company ANTICUS FLOTA.

Harald Aichberger is no longer a procurator at the company C&A MODA TRGOVINA.

Giacomo Disarò is the new member of the Management Board of the company ACCIAIERIE BERTOLI SAFAU SISAK (formerly VALJANOVICA CIJEVI SISAK).

The owner of NEVA LOGISTIKA Miroslav Nevajda has handed over the director position to the former procurator Miri Nevajdi, and the company’s headquarters has been moved from Jastrebarsko to Ježdovec (Zagreb).

A shortened bankruptcy procedure has been concluded for DRVNA INDUSTRIJA NOVA GRADIŠKA owned by Katarine Valentić. She also managed the company which was removed after bankruptcy due to debts of 2.2 million kuna, of which the tax debt was 915 thousand kuna.
