ReversingLabs invests part of $56 million in office development in Zagreb

The IT company ReversingLabs has received an investment of $56 million, which develops security solutions for the largest global companies with a focus on the technology and financial sectors, and the investor is Crosspoint Capital Partners, a company that invests in cybersecurity, privacy, and software infrastructure.

ReversingLabs states that this investment will allow them to focus more deeply on securing the global software supply chain for organizations that need to know how their software or their suppliers’ software is built.

ReversingLabs is headquartered in the United States, one of the co-founders is Mario Vuksan, who is the CEO of the company, and this year he ranked first among the top ten global cybersecurity experts. ReversingLabs has offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Croatia.

The company’s development office is in Zagreb, where approximately 150 employees and collaborators currently work. The investment is intended for the global development of the company, but part of the money will also be invested in the office in Zagreb.

When asked about revenue, ReversingLabs does not provide an answer as a private company does not disclose revenues on a global level, but they emphasize that their growth in recent years has been consistent with the growth of similar technology companies. However, according to available revenue data for ReversingLabs in Croatia, the company generated more than 61 million kuna last year and operated at a profit.

ReversingLabs was recently named one of the Top 10 Black Unicorns of 2021, and the award is given to cybersecurity companies with a potential market value of over one billion dollars.
