The German company MAX HOLDER has exited its 50% co-ownership of RASCO HOLDER, making it the sole owner of RASCO Darka Paviše and Frane Franičevića, and the company has been renamed to RASCO MUVO.

Filip Rogošić has received his third consecutive term at the helm of Split’s LUKE, having been in charge since November 2020. His first term lasted six months, which was then extended for just under two months, and on July 15, he received an additional mandate of 15 days, until the end of the month. The majority owner is GORS SAVJETOVANJE Gorana Šverka and Filipa Rogošića, along with the company TRADAGENT from Panama, which entered the ownership structure in early July.

Stanislav Šimunović and Joško Piteša are the new directors at GRAND CENTAR from Zagreb, replacing Darka Grizelja. Christian Bauer remains in his director position. The owner and director of ROYAL-NEKRETNINA from Velika Gorica Marijan Kulaš has decided to terminate the company through a simplified procedure without liquidation.

KONČAR’s company KONČAR – ENGINEERING FOR ENERGY AND TRANSPORT (KONČAR – KET) has transformed from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company.
