Owner of JOUKHADAR PHARMACIES Mohamed Radwan Joukhadar has stepped down from the position of director and has delegated the operational management of the business to his wife Jasenka Joukhadar.

Viktor Horvatinović is the new president of the Management Board of UNI VIRIDAS, replacing Darijo Vladimir Josić, while Josip Bagarić has joined the two-member Management Board instead of Ivan Kozina. This seems to conclude the personnel reshuffle after the investment fund PEARL INFRASTRUCTURE CAPITAL took ownership of the company from Sunčica Lalić, Aysal Ünala, and Cem Şirin. The company manages the largest cogeneration plant in Croatia − in Babina Greda, which has a capacity of 8.6 MW of electrical and 16 MW of thermal energy from wood chips.

ENERGIA NATURALIS has increased its share capital from 112.209 million kuna to 125.4 million kuna. This involves converting reinvested profits and part of retained earnings totaling 13.191 million kuna.

The former deputy president of the Supervisory Board of NAŠIČKI VODOVOD Milan Pintarić is the new president of the Supervisory Board, replacing Krešimir Kašuba, who held the position for only two and a half months. Hrvoje Pintarić has been promoted to deputy president of the Supervisory Board, and Josip Vladika has joined the Supervisory Board.

Tomislav Žuljević has exited co-ownership in WISDOM from Mravinci (Solin) and is no longer the director, leaving Anita Škare as the sole owner, managing the company herself.

Daniel Yordanov Proychev is the new director of TMF CROATIA (one of three) instead of Eloi Laurent Malta-Bey.

Co-owners of ROTOMETAL from Samobor Franjo Žuti and Zdenko Žuti (who is also the director) have granted procuration to Ljiljana Žuti.

Olivija Čurčić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of NOVOTEHNA from Rijeka, replacing Sadžida Đulović.

The director of VAJDA-ELVIT from Zagreb Iva Marđetko Mateš has remained the sole owner after Ignacije Marđetko and Miroslava Marđetko exited the ownership structure.

The owner and sole member of the Management Board of SUB ROSE from Split Renato Miočić has granted procuration to Franko Miočić, who was already a procurator from 2017 to 2020.

Ante Davorin Vranješ, Lovorka Katić, and Milivoj Katić have exited the ownership structure of VINC – MORNAR from Makarska, and Stanislav Šumelj is no longer in the Management Board. The company remains owned by Vinko Šumelj (who is at the helm of the company), Radojka Boras, and Matija Nogal.

Katarina Posilović is the new director of PEKOM from Krapina, replacing Ivice Hršaka.

Branislav Stanković is no longer a co-owner and director of DOLINJE from Veliki Iž (Zadar), of which the sole owner is director Toni Rokov. He has changed the company name to PROVIŠTA and granted procuration to Nera Toman.

Josip Richter has taken ownership and management of GRINDA TRADING from Željko Marić and relocated the headquarters from Zagreb to Sinj.

The founder of PIMCO from Zagreb Ivica Nujić is no longer the director.

Nonglak Patphai has taken ownership of PAN ASIA from Vesna Dragičević.

PRIMA PHARMA PHARMACIES have merged with PHARMACY PIROVIĆ from Biograd, which they took ownership of last year.

Ante Radalj has entered the ownership structure of METALMINERAL – KAMENA from Kerestinec (Sveta Nedelja), replacing Drago Bandura.
