The share of the late Tedi Slamić in the retail chain DJELO, which has about 60 stores in Šibenik-Knin County, has been inherited by his wife Ana Slamić, daughter Lucija Slamić Jr., and son Lovre Slamić. Tedi Slamić was a co-owner with his father Jozo Slamić, and his mother Lucija Slamić manages the business. He lost his life at the end of January as one of the four victims of Branko Koloper, who ultimately took his own life as well. He embarked on a vengeful spree due to the bankruptcy of his company MATKOL. The company DJELO was one of 63 creditors – with a claim of 111 thousand kuna out of a total of more than 13 million kuna.
The former director of AGROLAGUNA Nerina Zec has been appointed as the chairwoman of the Management Board, which now includes Danijela Kontić. The former deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board Miodrag Borojević is no longer part of the Supervisory Board.
The Commercial Register has confirmed that Josef Stoppacher has taken over the position of chairman of the Management Board of the company PANA from Turopolje (Velika Gorica) from Dario Bogdanović. Power of attorney has been granted to Sava Ivanov Dalbokov. The Austrian WEITZER HOLDING, owner of WEITZER PARKETTA, entered PANA’s ownership structure in 2018, and Stoppacher is the chairman of the HOLDING. The Austrians, with the help of the company PONTES, acquired a majority ownership stake from MEĐIMURJEPLET’s Alojzije Sobočanec, who retained a controlling stake of 25.5% in PONTES.
