Companies and Careers: Family Inherits Tedi Slamić’s Share in Djelu, Agrolaguna Receives Management, Changes Confirmed in Pana…

The share of the late Tedi Slamić in the retail chain DJELO, which has about 60 stores in Šibenik-Knin County, has been inherited by his wife Ana Slamić, daughter Lucija Slamić Jr., and son Lovre Slamić. Tedi Slamić was a co-owner with his father Jozo Slamić, and his mother Lucija Slamić manages the business. He lost his life at the end of January as one of the four victims of Branko Koloper, who ultimately took his own life as well. He embarked on a vengeful spree due to the bankruptcy of his company MATKOL. The company DJELO was one of 63 creditors – with a claim of 111 thousand kuna out of a total of more than 13 million kuna.

The former director of AGROLAGUNA Nerina Zec has been appointed as the chairwoman of the Management Board, which now includes Danijela Kontić. The former deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board Miodrag Borojević is no longer part of the Supervisory Board.

The Commercial Register has confirmed that Josef Stoppacher has taken over the position of chairman of the Management Board of the company PANA from Turopolje (Velika Gorica) from Dario Bogdanović. Power of attorney has been granted to Sava Ivanov Dalbokov. The Austrian WEITZER HOLDING, owner of WEITZER PARKETTA, entered PANA’s ownership structure in 2018, and Stoppacher is the chairman of the HOLDING. The Austrians, with the help of the company PONTES, acquired a majority ownership stake from MEĐIMURJEPLET’s Alojzije Sobočanec, who retained a controlling stake of 25.5% in PONTES.  

Božidar Ostrugač is the new member of the Supervisory Board of HEP’s TOPLINARSTVO.

Marko Kalčić and Martina Baznik have been granted powers of attorney in BAUMIT.

Klara Arbutina is the new, third director in the company SANO – MODERN ANIMAL FEED from Potok (Popovača).

The former procurator of NK OSIJEK Vladimir Čohar has been appointed as director, and Valentina Koprivnjak is a member of the Management Board, which is headed by Ferenc Sakalj. Deák Gábor and József Polyák have joined the Supervisory Board.

AGRO-TOVARNIK has received a new Supervisory Board. It is chaired by Tomislav Grgić instead of Ljiljana Alivojvodić, with Goran Mijić as his deputy instead of Stjepan Katić, and the third member is Zdenko Grgić instead of Vladimir Šišić.

The company DINOZA from Bosnia and Herzegovina has exited the co-ownership in the same-named company from Bošnjaci. However, this does not change ownership relations as the sole owner of both DINOZA is Mato Klarić.

Hrvoje Vranješ is the new member of the Management Board in the company SA BIŠĆAN from Karlovac instead of Stjepan Starešinčić. Dražen Pavlić remains in the Management Board, having been appointed together with Starešinčić at the end of March, two weeks before Alenko Bišćan sold his construction company to the Austrian GOLLNER IMMOBILIEN and stepped down from the director’s position.

Ante Dragičević has been court-appointed as the temporary administrator of PLINSKI CENTAR ZAGREB instead of Željko Vincetić, against whom the other co-owner Mato Đurković has initiated a lawsuit – seeking to exclude him from ownership. Dragičević’s primary task is to oversee the appointment of a new management.

Radim Haluza has been appointed as the director of SIGMA POSLOVODSTVA from Novigrad instead of the recalled Diego Ban. The company manages the marina and hotel Nautica in Novigrad and is owned by the Austrian NAUTICA POINT of Davora Maravića. Haluza is a Czech entrepreneur present in several Croatian companies, and he is best known as a co-owner and one of the directors of the betting company SUPER SPORT.
