Companies and Careers: Changes at the Helm of C.I.O.S.’s Metis, Novasol, and Split Markets, Ownership Transition at Laus International…

Tomislav Peričić is the new CEO of METIS, replacing Marija Stanić, who led the C.I.O.S. company from Kukuljanovo (Bakar) for the past year. Peričić was a manager at TDR and joined METIS in February as a member of the Management Board.   

Henrik Vilhelm Kjellberg is the new director at the travel agency NOVASOL from Pula, replacing the dismissed Jesper Agtea Johansen.

The former procurator of TRŽNICA-HIPPOS Ante Lasić is the new director, replacing Tvrtko Karoglan. Lasić is one of the eight co-owners of the company that manages the markets in Split.

Director Mislav Kurtela has taken ownership of LAUS INTERNATIONAL from Nikola Kurtele. He remains a procurator in the company from Sveta Nedelja, which is the largest importer and distributor of glass for passenger, commercial, and bus vehicles in the region.

Entoniju Staniću has been granted procuration in the company STANIĆ.

Wolfgang Sauerzapf is no longer a member of the Management Board of PEEK & CLOPPENBURG, and Stefan Kaschütz has ceased to be a procurator.

Ivan Tkalčec is the new member of the Management Board of METALSKE INDUSTRIJE VARAŽDIN, appointed by the Workers’ Council, replacing the dismissed Vladimir Zadravac.

In the Commercial Register, with a delay of nearly five months, it was announced that Natalija Galzina has been a member of the Management Board of SYNGENTE AGRA since February 15, replacing Matko Mesić, who led the company until October last year.  

The Opatija-based OHM MANAGEMENT GROUP has changed its name to LUMINOR HOTEL COLLECTION.

Dražen Šešet, Ivan Jezerčić, and Tomislav Kolec are the new members of the Supervisory Board of the Virovitica water supply and drainage company VIRKOM, replacing the dismissed Dražen Moslavac, Vladimir Župan, and Marija Lukačević.

Ljuban Sičaj has exited the ownership structure of GEORAD-STOLARIJA from Zagreb. The remaining co-owners are Božo Ivančić and Cvijo Ivanda, who is also the director.

Zdenki Mažuran has been granted procuration in the company KORDUN ALATI from Karlovac.

Jagoda Berber Torbarac has exited the ownership structure and the Management Board of RIDENTAL from Rijeka.

Emil Ostojić and Renata Ostojić have transferred ownership of DENTAL CENTAR OSTOJIĆ to their newly established joint company DCO GROUP.

HB STAN from Crikvenica has acquired ownership of the company LIND-GRAD from Zagreb from Nikola Glavić. The owner of HB STAN, Marin Legac, is the new director, replacing Damir Trkulja.

The former deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company ISTRA-MARMI Petar Šuran is the new chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Karmel Krebel, while Supervisory Board member Davor Rimanić has become the deputy chairman, and Tomislav Popović has joined the Supervisory Board.

Ratko Habus has entered the ownership structure of BIROTEHNIKA, from which Mario Fiket and STRAHINJČICA have exited, so now the company from Oroslavje has eight co-owners, individuals.

Maja Remic is no longer a member of the Supervisory Board of ALPINE CRO.

Bruno Orešar has transferred the remaining minority stake (5%) in VRBANI PROJEKT to the Cypriot company BH CROATIA I LTD. He sold the majority stake even before the construction of the shopping center Point in the Zagreb neighborhood of Vrbani began.
