Companies and Careers: Changes Among Lisičars at Montmontaža, Lavčević Zadar and Palir Have New Management, Perductor in Bankruptcy…

Tajana Lisičar is the new deputy chairperson of the Supervisory Board of MONTMONTAŽA, replacing Mirela Lisičar, while Mile Mihaljević is the new member of the Supervisory Board, replacing Philip Andrew Rohan. Darijo Lisičar has received a new mandate at the head of the Supervisory Board.

The former director of LAVČEVIĆA ZADAR Ivo Rako has become the president of the newly formed Management Board, which includes Hrvoje Perović and Dražen Čubrilo.

The owner of PALIR from Zagreb Marinko Babić has appointed the former procurators Ivan Iličić and Filip Babić as members of the newly formed Management Board, while he has replaced his director position with that of the president of the Management Board.

Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened for PERDUCTOR from Lopar, owned by Mirjana Pahljina. The company filed for pre-bankruptcy proceedings in April 2020, which was rejected as the grounds for bankruptcy had already been met at that time. The account has been blocked since the end of 2019, and the company owes about six million kuna. In the meantime, PERDUCTOR has leased its gas station for 10,000 kuna (+ VAT), seeking a postponement of the opening of bankruptcy proceedings, but BANKA KOVANICA has already initiated enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings have been opened. Slaven Gavrić has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee, and the hearing is scheduled for September 28.

Nikola Šuškavčević is the new procurator at STRABAG, replacing Nikša Musulin.

Gordan Planinić is the new member of the Management Board of KONČAR – ENGINEERING FOR ENERGY AND TRANSPORT, replacing Darijo Runjić and Goran Lecij.

Ivan Ergović has exited the Supervisory Board of NEXE and is no longer a procurator.

The company ABBAZIA ULAGANJA Andreasa Bindera has acquired a minority stake (5%) in IGM ŠLJUNČARI TRSTENIK from Čista Mlaka (Rugvica) from Rolanda Žuvanića. Binder is the director of the Austrian AGRAM KIES ASSET MANAGEMENT, the majority owner of the company, which is the largest supplier of gravel in the Zagreb region.

Marijan Škvorc is the new member of the Supervisory Board of AGROMEĐIMURJA.

Matjaž Marinšek is the new director of APOLLO HR from Pustodol Začretski (Sveti Križ Začretje), replacing Janko Vogelmut. The same change has occurred in the company BUBAMARA SVE ZA DJECU. Marinšek is the director of the parent Slovenian companies owned by Janko Vogelmut (APOLLO) and Silva Vogelmut (PIKAPOKA). Tadeji Šteharnik has been granted procuration in the companies APOLLO HR, BUBAMARA SVE ZA DJECU, as well as in BABY CENTER, where Marinšek has been the director previously.

Tobias Richter and Nenad Kedžić are no longer directors of MULTIVAC from Zagreb, which is now independently managed by Danijel Krapinec.

Co-owner of BOREL LIFTA from Zaprešić Božidar Borevković has stepped down from the director position and taken on procuration. The other co-owner Dejana Borevković remains the director.

Nikola Svrtan is the new president of the Supervisory Board of HIDROBELA, replacing Vladimira Prinčevca. Ivanka Pek and Dragomir Ilić are the new members of the Supervisory Board of the company that manages water supply in Belišće, replacing Dejana Šovagovića and Dragutina Fričana.

Marko Roginić has taken ownership and management of MARKO GRADNJU from Gorazd Kordić and relocated the headquarters from Zagreb to Zabok.
