Ivan Čevra is the new CEO of JAMNICA PLUS, replacing Darijo Šalić. The information about the change, which dates back to early June, was published in the Court Register last Saturday.
Čevra joined FORTENOVA a year ago as the Executive Director of the beverage group responsible for the entire region (Jamnica Plus, Sarajevski Kiseljak, MgMivela, Jamnica water HU, and Jamnica Slovenia). He began his career at INA, continued at BADEL 1862, and before joining FORTENOVA, he spent over 13 years at HENKEL, including the last five years as Sales Director for Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
Šalić has been at the helm of JAMNICA since September 2018, where he replaced Mislav Galić, and he led the new company, JAMNICA PLUS, for just under a year and a half, since January 2019.

Mirjam Marasović Ćurčić and Marinko Pleština have remained in their positions, both of whom were members of the Management Board in the ‘old’ JAMNICA.
JAMNICA PLUS achieved 1.02 billion kuna in revenue last year, a decline of 5.5 percent compared to 2019, and nearly halved its profit (from 110 million kuna to 58.5 million), while the number of employees increased from around 800 to nearly a thousand.
Compared to 2019, the unconsolidated total revenue of FORTENOVA’s food business area is down by nine percent, while the unconsolidated retail revenue is down by five percent. Unconsolidated revenues in agriculture are down by just one percent compared to 2019.
Presenting the business results for 2020, Fabris Peruško, a member of the Management Board and CEO of FORTENOVA GROUP, specifically highlighted investments in development last year that resulted in the launch of the new product Botanica, and this year the first alcoholic sparkling water Barts in Croatia, which is now strengthening distribution.
• Hrvoje Palčić is the new member of the Supervisory Board of JAMNICA PLUS, replacing Josip Jurmanović.
