Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) Realizes First Investment in the Dental Sector in Croatia

Provectus Capital Partners (PCP), an investment company focused on the markets of Southeast Europe, has invested in the Dental Polyclinic Arena from Zagreb, one of the leading polyclinics in Croatia, thus achieving its first investment in the dental sector in Croatia.

The Arena Polyclinic has over 60 highly skilled and professional staff from all branches of dentistry. PCP will continue to work in partnership with the founders of the Arena Polyclinic, Marina Srdjak and Srećko Srdjak, with the aim of further improving and growing the business, which includes new acquisitions of complementary polyclinics in Croatia and the region. The management team led by Srećko Srdjak, MD, Director of the polyclinic, will remain at the helm of the Arena Polyclinic.

– The private dental healthcare sector in Croatia has strong growth and development potential. We recognized the Arena Polyclinic as an excellent institution that provides top-notch services tailored to patients, using the latest technology and materials of exceptional quality. The Arena Polyclinic has built an excellent team of professionals and has achieved significant business growth rates in recent years. Through partnership with the founders, PCP plans to implement a strategy for further investments in the consolidation of the private dental services sector in Croatia and beyond in the region – stated Igor Čičak, CEO and main partner of PCP.

The Arena Polyclinic was established 10 years ago and offers dental services in the fields of periodontology, oral surgery, prosthetics, endodontics, orthodontics, and aesthetic dentistry in 11 modernly equipped offices.

– Dentistry in Croatia is at a high level, which is also recognized in the wider region, from which we are receiving more and more patients. We view PCP’s investment, as the first such investment in a dental polyclinic in Croatia, in the context of yet another recognition for the entire profession, and then for our valuable work. The investment will further strengthen us and enable additional investments in both people and equipment, as well as an additional breakthrough in the market – stated Srećko Srdjak, MD, Director.

The investment in the Arena Polyclinic represents the second investment of PCP’s development capital fund ASEF (Adriatic Structured Equity Fund), which is supported by the European Investment Fund and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development as part of the CROGIP program.
