The European Parliament and the European Commission are seeking office and retail space for lease or purchase that will serve as the location for the European Parliament Liaison Office and the European Commission Representation in Zagreb, including a future interactive exhibition and visitor center. These functions should preferably be located in the same building or in close proximity.
The building should be situated in a preferred area encompassing the southern part of the Upper Town, an active center, Lower Town, and the railway station. The exhibition space and visitor center should be located in a high pedestrian traffic zone and have excellent visibility.
The requested net usable area is approximately 750 m2 for the interactive exhibition and visitor center, of which at least 300 m2 is retail space on the ground floor and about 1600 m2 for office spaces.
