Companies and Careers: First BAT Manager Leaves TDR, Mandarić Establishes Management at Manšped, New Owners Oversee Keindl at Keindl

Tamás József Nyaka is the new member of the TDR Management Board, replacing the dismissed Gary John Noble, and Luki Mladenoviću has been granted power of attorney instead of Gordana Hadžiabdić. Volkan Oruk is the new deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board, replacing Ivana Vicentea Gomeza Gamboe, who is no longer in the Supervisory Board, nor are Bernard Meyer and Ramakrishna Venkat Addanki. Addanki was the first BAT manager in Rovinj after the acquisition of TDR from ADRIS – first serving as CEO from 2015 to 2018, then as a member of the Management Board, and finally as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Co-owner and director of MANŠPED Željko Mandarić has taken over the position of CEO, into which Tomislav Bagarić has entered.

The former owner and current director of KEINDL SPORT TRGOVINE Kristijan Keindl has become the CEO, with Dražen Lulić appointed to the Management Board. After being acquired by PROVECTUS CAPITAL PARTNERS through its development capital fund ASEF (Adriatic Structured Equity Fund), the company also received a Supervisory Board consisting of three partners from PCP. The chairman of the Supervisory Board is Igor Čičak (CEO of PCP), his deputy is Marko Galić, and the member is Ivan Dujmović.

Emil Mihalina is the new chairman of the Supervisory Board of MEDORA HOTELS AND RESORTS, replacing Tihomir Antunović, who has not held that position since November last year when he was appointed director.
